OK, first: why is this drawing a bit off if compared with your other drawings?? I'll go further more into the details:
- Her face is alright, but i'm wondering about her eyes's black dot's position. It's maybe some kind of drawing style, but i think it's not very suit the painting.
- About her hair. Your shading on the hair can tell me that her hair is wet. That's amazing. But you should make the lower part of the hair "wet" too. The lines is quite straight and looks like it has been broken or something...
- Her hand. Exactly her left hand. Too small and not very detailed
- It seems that your background is not very perfect, especially the water. You should get rid of the black lines, doing that will make the painting more realistic. The cloud are wonderful, nothing to complain

The background is epic
The anatomy and pose are as probably as good as anyone could get.
The emotion gets a long really well with the pose.
What is bugging me is how the background stands out kind of more than the character herself. But Other than that I love it.
Also the hair is really good, and it takes a whole lot of time to be able to do this and a lot of patients, which is what makes an artist really talanted with their art.
